CWA Zoom Meetup January 28

How can you participate in CWA Zoom Meetups?

• Members sign-up on the CWA website calendar and complete the registration form for each meetup they wish to join. For security purposes, Zoom participants will need to sign up in advance for the meetup.
• The Zoom meetup information and link will be emailed to registered members prior to the meeting along with your bingo card. This should arrive no later than the day prior to the meetup.
• On the Meetup date, members should click on the Zoom meeting link at the start time listed to join the event. The final email with instructions for joining the meeting will be distributed approximately 48 hours prior to the event.

(Note, if you do not have the Zoom application on your device, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you join your first Zoom event. It’s super easy. You can participate via phone, laptop, computer or tablet. The prompts say “save file.” Then just follow the prompts. No need to enter a separate password. Once that’s completed, you click on “join meeting.” You will be put in the “waiting room” until the host lets you in when the meeting starts. Make sure your mic and video are clicked on so everyone can see and hear you. We will be allowing video connection so that members can interact during the session. Or, there will be a dial-in option for audio-only participation.)
